Our College was among the early birds to invest in a Plasto 200. Prototypes of all designs done in our labs are printed in the Plasto 200 3D Printer. All R & D designs from other labs and student design projects are also printed on this machine so that initial feasibility studies can be done – this has minimised time and money. Before acquiring Plasto 200 we were using other Stereolithography machines and precision tooling with CNC machines. The machine has a low price with good performance features. CADD Centre engineers installed the machine and trained our project associates well. We print many parts in a week and the Plasto 3D Printer is functioning nicely. The 24 x 7 support provided by CADD Centre is a big boon for us since many people use the machine from time to time.
